How long does shipping take?
UAE orders arrive in 1-2 business days via Express. GCC countries take 2-4 business days. Europe takes 4-7 days (Standard) or 2-4 days (Express). US and the rest of the world take 5-10 days depending on the method. Full details are on our Shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Dubai. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.

What if my order includes a pre-order item?
The full order ships once all items are in stock. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for store credit only (issued in AED). Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear, lingerie and accessories are not returnable unless faulty. See our full Returns page for details.

My item arrived faulty or damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us immediately at help@seapalm.com with your order number and photos so we can assist you.

How do I find my size?

Product Care

How do I care for my Sea Palm swimwear?
Rinse in cool water after each wear, hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent, never wring, and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Full care instructions are on our Size Guide page.
