Dispatch Time

Delivery Information

All parcels are sent via trusted couriers. A signature may be required upon delivery. If unavailable, you may receive a redelivery notification or collection instructions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking code via email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received it within 48 hours.

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country. If charges are refused and the parcel is returned, all return costs will be deducted from any eligible store credit.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the full order will ship once all items are in stock. For faster delivery of available products, we recommend placing separate orders.

Return to Sender

Undeliverable orders will be automatically refunded as a store credit (excluding shipping). Please ensure your address details are correct when placing your order.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Sea Palm is not responsible for delivery delays, customs holds, or lost/stolen parcels confirmed as delivered via tracking.
