Dispatch Time
Eligible Dubai local-delivery orders are prepared for 1-hour or same-day delivery. Orders to other destinations are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday. During high-demand periods, public holidays or sales, please allow extra processing time.
Delivery Information
All parcels are sent via trusted couriers. A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may receive a redelivery notification or collection instructions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received it within 48 hours.
Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country. If charges are refused and the parcel is returned, all return costs will be deducted from any eligible store credit.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, the full order will ship once all items are in stock. For faster delivery of available products, we recommend placing separate orders.
Return to Sender
Undeliverable orders will be refunded as store credit, excluding shipping. Please ensure your address details are correct when placing your order.

Sea Palm is not responsible for delivery delays, customs holds, or lost or stolen parcels confirmed as delivered by tracking.
